From our roots in volunteer-driven cleanups in McLeod Ganj & Triund in 2009 to registering as a society in 2012 in Dehradun, we have certainly come a long way. Thus, BVRio's mission also includes the promotion of effective means of trading environmental assets, as a way of demonstrating the viability of the concepts developed by it ("proof of concept").

From product design to reusability and end-of-pipe waste management solutions; from the phase-out of plastics to waste trade and municipal zero waste strategies, our scope has significantly expanded but our mission and vision remain the same – a zero waste, fairer, inclusive, circular Europe for all.

Pomilly East African Limited: Pomilly East African Limited promote sustainable environmentally sound and cost effective practices in managing food waste as a resource through waste reduction, recycling, innovative technology, customer services consultancy, and education and food banking.

Central de Custodia LTDA (Custody Center): The main goal of Central de Custodia is to increase recycling rates in Brazil with additionality and security. The Custody Center for packaging aims to ensure that the invoices that prove the results of recovery of post-consumption packaging are not duplicate, thus providing uniqueness between the systems, avoiding the duplication of accounting for results, and seeking to generate additionality of recovered mass and effectively destined for recycling.

African Solution: African Solution Company’s motto for awareness is “Waste is a Resource’’. Protecting the environment through solid waste management contributing to GHG and impacting negatively on climate change. We recycle Aluminum, plastics, organic waste etc. In addition to employing adaptive measures to climate change and keeping the environment clean for sustainable ecosystems and good public health, we are also on a mission to create jobs for vulnerable jobless youth and women who are IDPs due to civil war and erratic climatic changes like floods, drought etc. We do street clean-ups to ensure our cities are clean as well as ocean clean-ups in anticipation to protect waters and aquatic life. Recyclable collected waste ends up in a recycling plant as the non-recyclable in landfills.
